Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi (min. 50 Mbps), housekeeping and 30 pieces/month laundry included, study zones, game area, and terrace garden, fully equipped gym, RO-treated water in all taps - even in showers, 24/7 hot water and DG-powered backup electricity, medical room and on-call emergency response.

Each room gets 100 electricity units/month preloaded (50 per bed). Beyond that, it's pay-as-you-go via our app. No fixed AC hours. No shared caps. You manage your comfort, just like an adult and only pay for what you use.

No - all services are fully managed in-house to ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency. You won't need external help - it's all taken care of.
